Henry served for many years as a senior partner of Price Waterhouse in Calgary, Toronto, Dallas and Midland and as a member of the Canadian Policy Board. From July 1997 to February 2001, he was the Chief Accountant of the Alberta Securities Commission, served as Chairman of the ASC Oil and Gas Securities Task Force and continues to act as an advisor to the ASC. Henry was previously a member and Chair of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants Auditing Standards Committee and was the Canadian representative to the International Auditing Practices Committee; he chaired the Full Cost Accounting Task Force.
