Gibson graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 2002, earning a Bachelor of Administrative and Commercial Studies degree with a specialization in Finance and Administration. Prior to joining Ross Smith Energy Group in June 2004, Gibson worked for two years in the Land Acquisitions and Divestitures group at Talisman Energy Inc. Currently, Gibson is a Level III candidate in the Chartered Financial Analyst Program.
