Leila joined Ross Smith in August 2006 as the Chief Operating Officer. Leila’s 16 years of investment industry experience has included serving as Chief Compliance Officer and Operations Manager at other industry firms. As the COO, Leila is responsible for managing the day to day activities of Ross Smith which includes overseeing regulatory compliance for both Ross Smith Energy Group Ltd. and RSEG Trading Group Ltd.
