Lan has more than 19 years of oil & gas industry experience in accounting. Prior to joining RSEG in 2007, Lan spent 10 years at Pinnacle Resources, four at BelAir Energy and five at Newpact Energy. Lan graduated from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology with a Business Administration degree in Accounting and since then, has obtained the fourth level of the Society of Management Accountants of Canada designation.
